Dr. John Delgado has dedicated his life to ministry for over 38 years and is recognized internationally as a conference speaker and teacher to Pastors and Christian Leaders.  Dr. Delgado oversees over 32 campuses for Vision International University, Dallas, Texas.  Dr. Delgado is a Mentor to Pastors and Christian Leaders offering support and spiritual covering to over 50 Pastors and Leaders.  Dr. Delgado and his wife Dr. Iris Delgado offer marriage and leadership conferences.  Dr. Delgado is author of various books including Authority to Destroy the Works of the Enemy, Prayer Training Manual, Possessing Peace in the Midst of the Storm, and Satan You Can’t Have My Children.  The Delgado’s have been married for 38 years and have two daughters Kathy and Kristine and two grandsons Daniel and Gabriel.

Dr. Iris Delgado is the President and overseer of Crowned With Purpose Ministries. She shares the vision of the ministry with her husband, Dr. John Delgado, as they travel and minister together. Dr. Iris Delgado graduated from Vision International University based in Ramona, California, with a doctoral degree in theology and counseling.  Dr. Iris has dedicated her life to the ministry of family restoration.  Together with her husband, Dr. John Delgado, they travel in the United States, Latin and South America, Mexico, Canada, Australia and Africa, teaching the message of hope.  During the past 25 years they have ministered to thousands of souls and have seen God transform many lives.  Dr. Iris worked for several years as Director of the Women’s Ministry in Calvary Temple of Irving, Texas. Today she works together with her husband and their two daughters as Dean of Vision International University preparing leaders and laymen for the work of the Kingdom of God.

Dr. Andrés Carrodeguas obtained his Masters in Philosophy from the University of Barcelona, Spain.  He later obtained his Doctor of Ministry in Theological Studies and a Doctor of Philosophy in Theological Studies with focus on Christian Education from Vision International University.   Dr. Carrodeguas has served as Pastor at Centro Internacional Casa de Águilas in Hialeah, Florida and currently serves in counseling and teaching.
